At Chief Nation, we bring together talent across marketing, data, creative, and – of course – events under one roof. In this series, we’re introducing you to the people that make your campaigns shine. We’d like you to meet Felix today, one of our dedicated Digital Campaign Managers and probably the only man you’ll ever meet who irons his socks.

Felix isn’t one for pineapple and pizza, but give him a jug of Vimto and he’ll be bouncing off the walls.

You’re a Digital Campaign Manager here at Chief Nation. Could you tell us what this means for you and your team?

I help clients spark the initial relationship with their preferred partners.

Walk us through your average day.

On a day-to-day basis I help my clients connect with their preferred prospects and ignite those initial relationships. These connections can be formed in many ways – via social channels, content sharing, individual targeted outreach and much more- and so managing these takes up the majority of my working hours.

Skiing enthusiast Felix has had to hang up his skis and settle instead on watching cricket and football in front of the TV. Doesn’t sound too bad.

Curveball: favourite movie and why?

The Departed – great cast, some of my favourite actors, and who doesn’t love a classic gangster-turn-cop film?

What is the most challenging thing about your job?

Ensuring we’re always coming up with new and innovative ways to help our clients reach their goals.

And the most rewarding part?

When a campaign goes really well, there is a real sense of achievement!

What’s your spirit animal?

Surely a Cat. My name’s Felix after all.

If you were a wine, what would you be?

Let’s go with a Pinot Noir, as it’s quite dry, similar to my sense of humour?

Dreaming of the slopes, the sun and a saucy session at Simmons.

Do you have any hobbies? How do you unwind at the weekend?

As I’ve bitten most people’s ear off about, I love skiing. Unfortunately, there’s not much opportunity to do that in the south of England, so I’ll settle with watching & playing Cricket and Football.

Pineapple on pizza: yes or no?

Ergh, no.

What’s your irrational fear?

Falling asleep with earphones in and then getting them stuck in my ear.

What’s been your biggest accomplishment at Chief Nation?

Working with some really exciting innovative clients and continuing to do so into the foreseeable future. And being heralded as the fastest runner (unlucky, Rich).

Finally, what’s your favourite drink?

Normally people pick alcoholic drinks for this questions, but I like to go against the grain. I’ve recently become obsessed with Vimto.
