We are recruiting a Content Lead and Senior Copywriter to join the Creative & Editorial team of our agency. The successful candidate will be a logical and highly motivated individual, capable of leading and producing cutting edge and irresistible content for our Digital to Human marketing campaigns. The role suits someone with excellent writing skills capable of transforming sometimes complex messages into simple, compelling forms. Leading a small team of writers, you’ll contribute to content strategies, create new white papers and reports, and take an active role in crafting innovative B2B content with a technology focus for a C-level audience. An understanding or appreciation of the global technology marketplace is desirable.

You will be a part of the agency’s growing team and will be responsible for working on active client campaigns and leading content across digital, social & event marketing for some of the biggest names in the technology sector. We’re looking for a smart, friendly, detailed, and unflappable specialist, with a clear copywriting leadership focus. You will help maintain our world-class content production, and ensure our clients receive the best levels of service.


What we need you to do:

    • Content: You’ll lead a team managing content for 3 key websites and creating blogs, white papers, infographics, and much more for our internal Chief Nation brands and our technology clients
    • Copywriting: You’ll manage, approve and write lead-generation and event landing pages, emails and social copy with the goal of making the reader take action
    • Website Content Leadership: From SEO to UX best practices, we want you to help enhance the searchability and usability of our websites, and ensure peak performance via platforms like Google Analytics, as well as upload new content and maintain our high-quality standards
    • Clients: You’ll speak directly with our esteemed clients to establish/clarify briefs and deliver effective content
    • Collaboration: You’ll liaise with designers, marketers, clients and internal stakeholders to bring the content vision to life
    • Research: Understanding clients’ products, market sentiment, and target audiences is key to this role, so you’ll undertake in-depth research to inform your content marketing efforts


  • You have a love for storytelling, a compelling writing style, and always put your audience and their needs at the heart of all content creation
  • An understanding of, or interest in enterprise technology and knowledge of how to communicate its benefits, or a willingness to learn and adapt for this fast-paced and exciting sector
  • The ability to take complex topics and translate them into accurate, concise and clear content for a C-level audience
  • Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
  • Previous experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress
  • An understanding of modern SEO practices and the ability to utilise analytics to leverage and/or improve content performance
  • A team player who’s ready and willing to bring ideas and to discuss content with the wider team
  • A critical eye and excellent proofreading skills
  • Strong portfolio of previous work and content marketing success
  • A self-starter who can work well under pressure and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
