Our recruitment process
Ready to apply for a new role at Chief Nation?
Here’s what to expect from us during application, interview, and onboarding
01.
Anonymisation
If your experience and skills match the role, our HR manager will anonymise your application in accordance with our diversity-centric approach and send it to the relevant Line Manager.
02.
Shortlist
Next, if the Line Manager shortlists your application, you’ll receive the HR manager’s email with more information about the company and some screening questions to answer.

03.
First interview
The Line Manager will then evaluate your answers, and if you make it to the second shortlist, you’ll be invited to the first virtual interview.
04.
Second interview
If you’re successful at the first interview, you’ll be contacted by the HR manager for a second face-to-face interview at our head office. But don’t worry, if you don’t make it past this stage, we’ll still let you know through an email.
05.
Job offer
This is the final stage of recruitment, and if you’re successful, you’ll receive the job offer.
Like before, we’ll you know even if you don’t make it.
06.
Onboarding
Over a three-week period, we’ll get you on-board with Chief Nation. You’ll learn all about our history and our brands; you’ll be introduced to all the team leaders and directors; and you’ll get familiar with your tasks and processes. After that, it’s your time to shine.
